Justin`s Ice Cream in San Antonio

Ice cream was good but as I was walking out I noticed honey bees laying dead in one of the flavors in the sherbet and sorbet case. I’m assuming the case was left open. How can this Bee? Pun fully intended. Kind of ruined it for me and I doubt I’ll go back.

After walking around the river it was so pleasant to find a small locally owned ice cream shop.It was a hot day!We stopped to enjoy delicious sugar free frozen strawberry yoghurt and my husband had a classic chocolate and vanilla ice cream, both proved to be great and refreshing.Friendly staff will give you samples to find the perfect flavor combination, add you favorite toppings sit and enjoy!

We stopped to get ice cream at 8:20pm, and were told we couldn't sit inside because they were closing soon. Closing time is 9pm! I consider that horrible customer service.

I loved it, was on a vacation and saw this while on tour in the river, it was worth the walk. Great taste and many different flavors. I tried the goat cheese with nuts.

Popular spot on the Riverwalk. Fun flavors that taste great. Not much seating so plan to sit outside or walk with your ice cream if it's a busy time. Fast, friendly staff behind the counter.

I visited this place while in town for the holidays. I tried the “Crunch” Ice cream and LOVED it. Not sure if it was just this ice cream or if they’re all alike but it was so creamy and just the right amount of sweet. I don’t typically leave reviews but my visit was just over all a great experience.

They close at 10 o’clock on a Sunday! I went in 30 minutes before I saw a gentleman putting things away I asked him if The shop was still open he said no not really it’s been kind of slow.

We love the river walk and even when it's so busy the staff at Justin's is super quick and friendly. The ice cream is delicious. Definitely recommend.

Small ice cream shop with a decent selection of ice cream. Right in the riverwalk with tables outside to enjoy the view.

While taking in the River Walk, stopped in for dessert. Small selection to choose from, but was told that they change it up from time to time. The cone I bought was very good. I would stop again.

Mexican vanilla gelato was very good. Came at a quiet time just after noon and sat a table next to the river.

In too much of a hurry to listen to customers. Asked for a small cup one scoop & asked if they could mix two flavors. Rather than simply let me know that they could only mix flavors with the larger size so I could change my order, he charged me the higher price & gave me double the amount I wanted.

Went this past Sunday to have their rock and roll ice cream, and it was so delicious. I truly recommend having ice cream here, they have many more options like gelatos and much more and also their customer service is amazing.

I ordered the chocolate ice cream with pecans. It was very creamy and delicious. I would most definitely come back.

I went by this past Saturday and I was amazed with this icecream! I had the Mango ice cream and it was so good! Very smooth with just the right amount of flavor. I will definitely be back for more!

Came to have some ice cream on a Friday night at 10:15pm, and the place was all closed up already.Guess we will have to come back again to try it.

A great little ice cream place right on the Riverwalk. Sorbets, ice creams, and gelatos, all at reasonable prices. Great flavors available, get it in a cup, cake cone, or a waffle cone for a slight upcharge, even at that, it doesn't break the bank. Portions are plentiful, a "single" scoop was certainly enough, but a double is an option for those with a bigger appetite, or sweet tooth. So when you're in the area, and in the mood for a treat, give Justin's a try.

Ice cream was just ok, nothing special about it at all. The service not much better. And the prices— HORRIBLE. For example, $2.25 for a 12oz CAN of soda... Yeah, way too much. I'm sure taking advantage of tourists is appealing to the businesses there, but this is absurd. Certainly doesn't appeal to me. On our next visit to The River Walk, we'll skip this place.

Located on the riverwalk. This was a great place for dessert. I had the coconut sherbet, my bf had the caramel gelato, and our son had the rainbow sherbet. Very good!

Almost wanted to try a scoop of every single flavour on offer and found it difficult to just stick to one. Prices very reasonable too.

Lived in San Antonio all my life and just discovered this super cute place. They had margaritas and ice cream. My sister had a strawberry margarita and said it great I had the Scottish cookie was amazing!! My mom had the cookie doe and loved it We most definitely will be back for a second round.

Honestly worst place. The ice cream was great but the service was bad. I waited in line just like everyone else and I got skipped right when I was gonna order. They asked the guy behind me what he wanted. Then when they realized it they made fun about it. I was so disappointed.

Could be better, felt rushed, not a relaxing atmosphere, I guess they share the place with the other business and they don't want the people from the ice cream place there. Not the best variety to choose from.

A LOT of choices, including different yogurts, ice cream, coffee drinks, gelato and non-dairy options too. My only complaint is that the bathroom hasn't been usable for months, maybe even over a year at this point.... Definitely my favorite dessert spot on the river, as far as ice cream goes. The staff is always friendly, and for their iced products (like watermelon ice) they use fresh fruit. Perfect spot for a hot, humid SA day!

Decent ice cream but the customer service is poor. The signage and layout should be improved. There is no list of flavors and the labels are not well placed. You're also rushed to order. Not planning on going back.

Delicious ice cream. It's a little crowded, to be expected. We came at night so we need to go back in the daytime and get a feel for the daytime vibe.

Visiting San Antonio again for the 4th of July weekend!! We went back to the best place to get ice cream in San Antonio; Justin's ice cream. When asking for a recommendation the lady there; Ruth offered me the rainbow sherbet to taste. It was delicious!! I ordered it and she explained me its 7 colors/7 flavors. Great Ice Cream, Great People, Great Atmosphere!!!
